How to enable lock file and unlock file in my creo file window

In my creo's manage file window lock file or unlock file option is not available. is there any configuration setting needs to be changed for that??

I think you are referring to File - Manage File - Lock. I am not 100% sure but I believe this is only available for users of Windchill PDMLink.

You're right, In my wind-chill workspace i am not able to see this lock option. Is there any settings to be changed for that?

In windchill, select the file/files then File > Lock

If the column is not visible, select the dropdown for a column then the columns and check General status.
