how to exclude shrinkwrap from simprep

I have a subassembly which has a shrinkwrap feature of its parent assy. This was done to route cables. Now when I open the parent assy the shrinkwrap of subassembly appears. How do I exclude it. If I try to use a simprep it does not exclude shrink wrap feature ...only parts.
