How to export a assembly file to step file with section view

As the title,how to export a asm. file to step file with section view?
because use extrude to cut the view in assembly file needs take a long time to calculate,
if use section view will be convenient.

Creo exports the cross section as a section that step understands as a cross section.

This is not the same as a cut that actually removes material.

I understand that an extruded cut takes a lot of time but a cross section will not do what you want it to do.

Is the section concept even supported by the STEP file format itself?

Yes, it is. cause I don't want coporating vendor see the 3D outline.
Do you have any solution could provide? or creo actually can't do this at all?

You right about STEP supporting cross section indeed.
