Question

How to get movement values in a Creo simulation

Hello,

We are FTC Robotics team TechnicBots. This year we are working on simulating our robot in PTC Creo. We have already successfully been able to constraint, and simulate our robots motors, servos and linear slide. However, what we have been struggling with simulating movement of the robot on the actual field within Creo Parametric.

We are just wondering if there are any ways to simulate movement of an assembly on a field.

Another question that we have is obtaining movement and motor values during a simulation. For example, if we were able to simulate our robot moving on a field, we would like to calculate the motor rotations, or distance that we travelled.

Any help is appreciated.
