How to Import/Export an ASM to PRT but with Bodys made from former Parts? Creo 10+

Hello,
I often have to import assemblies. But usually the parts inside have a lot of names that interfere with existing part names (PCB.PRT; LED.PRT, ...). Importing it as Part works but than I loose the possibility to hide unhide sub-components of this import.
My Idea: If I could import it as Part but the former parts and sub assemblies of the import assembly will get converted to Bodies of my new part. So the handling would be easy.

When it doesn't work direct at the Import, maybe I can actively export the imported ASM as Part with Bodies.

I didn't found a solution. Does somebody has an Idea how this could be done?
Cheers!
Nico
