how to know value of radius and angle in piping

Hi

I am new to piping and would like to know how bend angle and bend radius is calculated? I could see that there are multiple entries separated by space unlike diameter value. In such case from line stock, we can find what is the diameter , but how to find out value of angle or radius for same?

Any pointers towards this would be  of great help. Thanks in advance..!
