How to put a thread penetration on workpiece?

Basically as the title says, i need to put a thread penetration on my workpieces, but can only find a normal thread. The only possible solution i found was with beads and then afterwards putting a thread into it. I just wanted to know if there would be an easier way to do this? Should look basically like in the picture.

Your picture appears to be a form that is tapped. It may represent a press fit threaded insert; it is hard to tell. I am assuming you want to include the radii shown in your model. There is no thread feature in Creo that includes the radii as shown in your example. If this is something you need often, I would create a user defined feature that would semi automate the creation of the required geometry,
