How to select multiple options from one module model?

Hello,

As the topic, How to select multiple options from one module model?

This problem we meet in this kind of situation: 

A customer wants buy  two options in one proect(one for spare compents);

And this image show the problme : Creo knows I want select these two options,

there is an alert incon(I dont know how to get the waring text):

And after I click "Create Product Variant" , the reslut is not a normal assembly 3D model, but is a new  configurable product like this:

Would anybody knows: where the mistake I made, and how to correct it that make Creo generate a normal  assembly model with two options.
