How to sweep along multiple curves?

I plotted multiple curves in Matlab (around 100 curves, curves from equation) and I want to sweep (circular cross section) along these curves to create multiple 3D solid pipes. Is it possible to do in Creo? If yes how can I import multiple curves and sweep along these curves at once? Or create them using for loop, for instance.
