I Create Perforatted sheet Design,Draw 4mm sq Shape and Corner in 1mm Radius,Using Direction Pattern X and Y, Regeneration process get Long Time Almost 6Hrs,How to Speed Up This Process?

You have not provided any details on what version of Creo you are using or the nature of the pattern construction. Details matter. It is likely that if you change the method you are using to create the pattern you can dramatically reduce the regeneration time. This example is from an old version of the software but still applies.

There are some new pattern functionalities available in the current release that may be relevant but more detail on the design is required to advise on these options.

 

If your design is a step/repeat of the same shape over a large # of instances you can also capture this design intent with methods other than solid geometry features which will regenerate in a few seconds or less. If you do not need the geometric fidelity of all of the perforated holes in the CAD model, then you should consider this approach as an option.

6Hrs regeneration? that’s a bit exaggeration I guess:) It feels like FEA analysis clock.
