I have three 2D-plots and 3D-Paper Diagram (hand made).

Can you help me - create in Creo 3D-object!

Since you have the 2D plots at scale, have you considered using trace sketch functionality to apply the traces to the faces of a cube? Once you have the traces on the planes you can then intersect the curves in space to create the bounds for the regions within the cube.
