Import Profile

All,

   I am trying to use the import profile editor for opening NX and Solidworks parts/assemblies into CREO3 M110. I follow the steps in Tutorial: Using Import Profiles for Multi-CAD Designs (PTC Live Global ’15) and when I try and open NX or Solidworks files they still come in with out using our templates. Has any one tried this and gotten it to work?
