Import wirelist from mentor graphics , Creo 10

Hello,

Looking for the information to import the wirelist from Capital(Mentor Graphics). i am trying to use wire information from capital harness and creating 3d cad in creo.

I have downloaded the xml from creo but when importing the xml getting below error message.

these are the file extension i exported from mentor graphics.
