Inseparable assembly greyed out

I'm really confused here. The command it self sounds really cool, but it is greyed out for me. This link says I have it in Creo 8 : https://www.ptc.com/en/blogs/cad/whats-in-creo8 .

Do I need any special license for it?

Please set config.pro option enable_insep_asm_operations yes, and then try again.
