Probably a stupid question...
I'm looking for parametric if possible models of Ipads, MS Surface and this kind of thinks.
Is it available somewhere on the web ?

A quick search leads to the following:

Trouble is if it's a native file, it's far more likely to be in Solidworks than Creo.

Depending on the level of detail you need, you might be able to measure one up to make a  model...though I have to admit I'd personally only do that as a last resort, especially if you need accurate button placement, etc.
