Is it possible to buy Creo Elements direct 6.0 for a hobby user?

I use Creo Elements direct 6.0 only for hobby not for work or to earn money with it. So I'm able to spend a little money for this program. But I want to use it offline without internet control. Is there any offer to do this? 60 parts are enough for me. Thats ok. Mostly I use it to sketch quickly a part for 3D printing.
