Is it possible to create navigatable links in Creo 10 drawings to switch to particular sheet ?

Is it possible to create mitigatable links in Creo drawings to switch to particular sheet ? Like similar to Excel, word or PDF where we can directly go to particular sheet by clicking the on the text in Index.

We have drawings where the number of pages go beyond 20, we are finding it difficult to navigate to particular sheet. When the PDFs of the drawings are generated through the publisher these links should work in any PDF browsers.

I don't think it is necesary to have links to switch to a particular sheet. I think that functionality is provided by the PDF viewer being used. For example, I use PDF Exchange Editor, and it provides a sidebar that lists all the pages in the PDF, as a list of "thumbnail" images. Clicking on one brings up that page.
