Is there a faster way to insert surface finishing?

Hi All

I use Creo 2. I would like to know whether there's a faster (graphic way) to insert a surface finish sign? Cause now I have to browse it from the .sym file created beforehand. But the other problem is when I insert the surface finish number, then Creo holds the created sign on the mouse and if I click somewhere else I will have 2 surface finish signs. Also the ok button on the related window doesn't work.
