Layer display issues
Here at our company we are all (8 users) experiencing an issue with the display of layers. When a layer is hidden or shown the display will not update to hide/show the layer. Regen, repaint, etc... do not work. The only thing that we've found that works is doing an edit definition on some feature and then cancelling out of it. This started happening when we went from WF 4.0 to WF 5.0. Is anyone else experiencing this?
