Layer rule for datums symbol feature

In Creo 9 and above what's the config rule "DEF_LAYER" to add "datums symbol feature" into a custom layer? Thank you

I think there is not much more to explain about my request, however I attach 2 screenshots to make the idea better.

In config.pro I've this options:
