Possible solutions for "Invalid file or format" status under License Summary while installing Creo: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/creo-admin-troubleshooter/other-symptoms/invalid-file-format

    Hi @MA_14160711

    Thank you for your question!

I’d like to recommend to bring more details and context to your initial inquiry. For example:

    1. Are you uploading the file through the correct Windchill License Management utility or command-line tool?
    2. Have you verified that the license file matches your Windchill version and CPS level?
    3. Are there any error logs or messages beyond “invalid file or format” that could give more detail?

Please add screenshot(s) to better understand what you are trying to do in your process.

Please refer to this guideline to make your questions more likely to receive a quick and useful answer.

This will increase your chances to receive meaningful help from other Community members.

    Hi,

1.] What license type do you use? Commercial? or Student?

    2.] Upload your license file.

3.] Upload ip.txt file generated by following command executed in Command prompt window.

    ipconfig /all > ip.txt
