Loading Drawing Issue

When I open a drawing, the drawing takes a long time to completely open because it seems to be loading several times. The drawing just blinks in and out several times.

Not sure if you realized that loading the drawing also loads the model. Depending on the complexity of the model, subassemblies, family tables, ......   this may take a while to load (and hence the "blinking").

If this is not what is going on, we may need more information.

Yes I am aware that the assembly opens also. This is only happening on 1 of 5 users that are connected to the same network. My first thought was to reconfigure the software, but I am currently having some issues with that.
