Locking of combination states while working with MBD (Model Based Definition)

Hello,

We are working on MBD implementation in our organization. We have created start templates to work with MBD strategy which has predefined combination states present in it.

There are some default combination states which we want to lock those so that no one can delete the combination state and no one can edit the name of the combination state. 

Do we have any config setting or any option within Creo functionality so that we can lock those comb states?
