Login problem with "Creo AI Assistant" in Creo 13.4.1.0

Hi,
I installed Creo 13.4.1.0. When I click on "Creo AI Assistant," the program prompts me to log in; I enter the same email and password I use for the PTC portal, but it doesn't work.
Has anyone else experienced this? Do I need to create new login credentials?
