Lost workspace
Hi,
I think the ITperson that installed ProE (WF 3.0)andIntralink (3.4) at one of our facilities missed something in the set-up.
The two users that are using proE can work fine in ProE, but when they go back to their workspace they can't open the workspace and this is the error message that appears in the content:
! "Could not launch the external application, ‘loadinpro’. This can happen if external application is not found or incorrect parameters are passed to the application. ‘Loadinpro’ application is used by ProIntralink to communicate with ProEngineer which must already be running." To get back to their workspace they have to get out of ProE and start over. They never lose any work but this is a great inconvienence to go out and re-launch, especially with large assemblies.Thanks,
