MBD (Combined State) Center Mark

Is anyone aware of a way to create a center mark in a combined state?  I'm trying to mark up my MBD for a round body for which the diameter is a feature of size that I would like to dimension from.  It's easy enough to use existing annotations or dimension to the axis, but I'd like to add a center mark to clarify the situation.
