MBD state not listed as per creo

I had created the recipe editor as per the PTC case

and got created the pvz file successfully but when i imported to creo illustrate i was not able to succeed with right view for states.

1. opened the creo view

2. import creo view file

3. got the list of mbd states in it

4. new picture and selected the required mbd states but creo illustrate was not positioned the view as per the creo mbd state definition. i did it manually. the same reproduced in vuforia too. not positioning as per mbd definition.
