Merge Uses when comparing CAD structure to Design Structure

I was searching for a way to "merge uses" like you can do in the CAD structure view, but in the Compare to Part Structure Tool.  Quantities of common components can be viewed side by side when comparing the design view to the engineering view.  But not when comparing the CAD structure to the design part structure.  I would like these to function the same way so there is not a ton of scrolling through large assemblies with common components.
