Hello,

So right now I am designing a model with multiple assemblies and each having their own constraints and connections. I want to ask if it is possible to assemble all of them to one final model? if yes will all connections and constraints of each assembly remain?

Maybe. You have not provided enough detail to understand the data set you are working with currently.

If you create a new top level assembly model you can then assemble all of the existing assemblies into this new top-level assembly. You may benefit from the use of a skeleton model in this top level to facilitate the placement of the components.
