Question

ModelCHECK PDF

A question just came up in the PTC Creo threads about configuring ModelCHECK. I mentioned that the answer was in the ModelCHECK PDF and the response was, "What ModelCHECK PDF?"

A quick search on PTCs site and I couldn't find it after searching for two minutes, so time to upload a resource PTC should make more easily available.

Anyway, this is how I learned to implement it. Granted, this version is from Wildfire 4.0, but since PTC hasn't made any changes to it, I can confirm all the configs and choices have been the same at least through Creo 2.0.

Enjoy.

It was never available as a standalone document. It is one of the documents in the Help Topic Collection.

I have been searching for a User Manual on the ptc website and could not find one (which makes no sense to me). I did not find the Help tool very helpful either. This document is great.

Thanks!

Creo 6.0  introduced new (MBD) Modelcheck functionnalities and the only centralised reference documentation is from Wildfire 4.0.

A good PDF but a little old isn't it ?

Best I can tell, this PDF is essentially identical to the Help Center content, but over a decade old.
