Move both witness lines together?

Hi all.

Is there a way in Creo 9 on a drawing to move both witness lines for dimension together?  Sometimes I would like the gap closer or farther away on one specific dimension and I end up moving both independently and just eyeballing to make them about the same side-to-side.

The only workaround I’ve found is to add a dummy dimension and use control to select that and my real dimension together then move one witness line and they all 4 move together.  The go back and delete the dummy dimension.

I’ve seen the how-to’s on the PTC site and other users descriptions, like selecting the dimension and the drawing view using ctrl but that never works for me!
