Multiple display issues Creo Parametric with Dell 4k Monitor

Hello there,
I have Creo Parametric Version 2.0, I have two 32 inch Dell 4k Monitors model no UP3216Q, there are issues with the menu and help text displays that I can't get to solve.
1. The window doesn't adjust with the screen but extends, see attachment 11
2, The popup menus don't follow their place, see attachment 22
3. When I open parts the window adjusts but the text and the menus become extremely small, see attachment 33
