Pipe run with 45 degree elbows

We have a pipe run that turns 4 corner. Each of these corners we want to use (2) 45° elbows instead of a 90°. How is everyone accomplishing this? I would like to be able to use the Extend command and extend at angles based on the coordinate system, but don't know how. I would also like the ability to tell the system to only use 45's and it know to put (2) in wherever there is a 90. Open to all ideas.
