Piping weld number annotation to PVZ export

I'm trying to get the piping weld numbers that can be created in the piping module, and that can be seen as annotations in Creo to also be exported to the pvz file format. That way I can see them in Creo Viewer. I've ensured that the annotations can be seen in the Viewer and have also added normal annotation Notes so as to verify that annotations are exported. They are and can be seen, but not those related to the weld. Any ideas on why and suggested way of fixing this?
