Standard orientation is based on config option Orientation

Default Orientation is user defined and can modify from View manager > Orient > Default Orientation

Akhil,

Regarding standard and default orientation:

Usually the Standard and Default are the same orientation.  But you have the ability to redefine the Default Orientation, via the View Manager, to a different orientation, if desired.  Redefine is grayed out for Standard Orientation.

After activating the Standard Orientation, you can Spin/Pan/Zoom to a different orientation.  Then RMB on the Standard Orientation, you will see that ONLY Save is available.  When you try to save the new orientation, Creo will prompt you to save it to a new name.  A new orientation will be created, but Standard Orientation will remain as it was.

Thanks,

Amit
