Preventing movement of projection views to the wrong side

Hello,

We use 3rd angle projection for creating projection views.  What I am wondering is if there is a setting to prevent those that don't know better from taking that view and dragging it to the "wrong" side, thereby creating a 1st angle projection view?

We have had people in the past that don't know what they were doing, and work with some interns and kids fresh out of college and want to prevent accidental misinformation on our prints.  Thanks.
