Problem with instaling student license

Hi

I have problem with installing new student licence. Old license finished Jan. 15 2017 ( M060 compilation).

Now I try install new student license with M0110 - 64 bit.

First : I can not uninstall old software, I run Unistall.exe in .../bin folder with M060 compilation but shortcut still open CreO normally with message "License request failed for feature" - early I changed the names for all folders from "PTC" to "PTC_old"

Second : I still get "Error" in License identification step when run PTC Installation Assistant.

What am I doing wrong , or what I need to do more ?
