PTC Learning Connector not working

I am using Creo Parametric - Release 3.0 (connected) 3.0 M090

Need help with PTC Learning Connector. PTC Learning Connector is Unavailable. I'm told we've been able to use this in the past, and none of us can open it now.

Here are the errors that I faced
