PTC license not working

Hello, I am looking for help. My creo license was working fine 5 days ago and suddenly today i cant even get to the installation software on the PTC website. I had to re-install my creo parametrics because it was crashing every time I put my license key in.

I would be grateful if someone could help me as soon as possible.

This is a site for users to help other users. No one here can do anything about license issues. You will need to contact PTC License support for help.

Being the first of a new month, did you check to see if your license expired at the end of October?
