Quanties change on BOM balloons upon checking out assembly and drawing

Hello,

Has anyone had the issue of the BOM balloon quantities changing when an assembly or drawing is checked in? The total quantity does not change for a given find number, but Creo redistributes the quantities of certain find numbers whenever I save and check in a drawing or assembly. I can redistribute the quantities back to what I want them to be but if I have to make another change to the drawing or assembly, the quantities jump around again upon saving.

Does this make sense? Has anyone had this happen? Is there a fix for it?
