Question Mark Glyph By Part Name

I have some legacy models that have a question mark in a black diamond by the part and drawing name. I can open the model but not the drawing. What does this tell me?

I found that an icon was added to the part name when IT translated the old items over. Once I deleted it out of the name I could open the file.
