read Message Log with some API

Is it possible with some API to read the Message Log of Creo Parametric?

I would like to do a pop-up message box when an important message appears there...

"circular references" or "not saved because not changed" for instance...

Not sure how about Toolkit, but I think this is not possible.

You would have to create listeners manually and display messages depending on specific situations.
