Question

Reference pattern message

... So, on to the next question:

Has anyone seen 'Specified section has been removed' after creating a
reference pattern? This is a model that someone else worked on after I
created it, so I'm not sure what might have been done to it. The original
pattern of tapped holes does not exclude any pattern instances. The message
only shows up if I Edit Definition on the reference pattern; not when I Edit
Definition on the original pattern; there's nothing unusual in the leader of
the original pattern. Any ideas what this means? Using WF 2.

Thanks,

Carol

Upon further investigation, it does, in fact, give me the same message in
the original pattern; I completely missed that. I also tried creating a new
part and putting a similar pattern into it, and got the same message; I
guess it's always been there.

I guess I don't need to be concerned about it, but I'm curious about what
section it would be removing - I certainly specified no sections to be
removed. If anyone has an idea what this is, I'd like to know for
curiosity's sake, but at this point, I consider the matter otherwise
resolved.

Thanks,

Carol
