Reference viewer

Creo is crashing while checking reference viewer. After completing the assembly I used to check the reference viewer to break the dependencies if any. Due to this issue I am not able to check dependencies. Someone please help, if you faced any issue like this.

Please submit the assembly as a zip to tech support by submitting a case. Hard crashes are a serious matter and should be investigated by PTC so this does not happened.

Please list your version of software and date code of software.

If you would like, you can attach the full assembly in a ZIP file (file>save-as) to the forum and we can see if it is a platform problem or if it is a Creo problem.
