Regeneration of simplified reps when changing window from assembly to drawing
We are running Creo Elements/Pro 5, build m90. We recently upgraded from Pro/ENGINEER WF3, build m240.
I have a user that has a large assembly with simplified reps in session. The user also has drawing of assembly with simplified reps in session. The user opens the drawing to view assembly just to look at it - no changes are made. The user then switches window back to the assembly and activates the window. Regeneration occurs. Because it's a large assembly can take 10-15+ minutes.
This was not the behavior we saw in Pro/E WF3, build m240. Is there a configuration option that controls this behavior? Is this a known issue with Creo EP5? How to we stop the regeneration?
