Repeat Region BOM table

Creo 9.0

I have fixed this once before after scouring the internet (all PTC websites included) and by trying options that were obviously not the fix, I stumbled into the fix.  Not looking to have anything diagnosed, just looking for the super specific term that PTC uses to describe the corner anchor of a table.

Sorry for the zoomed out video, but anything posted here is immediately public information. (read the terms of service)  With the risk of being terminated from my employment this is the only example I am able to post.
