repeate region fix index not working for flexible components in assembly

I could not fix index for flexible components in repeat region BOM. If there is only one flexible component in assembly there is no problem, but if more than one flexible components present in assembly then the flexible components move within themselves in the repeat region BOM. Does anybody have the solution?

One thing to try is using the detail setup command 'update_drawing all' before fixing the indices. Stable identification of repeat region records when flexible components are involved is messy, and has had a number of fixes over time that required versioning protection (behave the old way for old drawings to avoid changing released drawings on retrieval).
