"Report Symbol Not Found" Issue in Creo Parametric - Need Help for Troubleshooting

I am trying to create a title block for my template and currently facing an issue with Creo Parametric where the "Report Symbol" is not showing up as expected. I don't even see it under 'data'

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, could you please guide me on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What Report Symbol are you referring to?

Do you want to add a BOM to your format? That is under Table-Repeat Region.

 

If it is something else, explain inn more detail what you are looking for.
