Restructuring Assembly components with weld features.

I am trying to prepare a stage assembly from the main assembly. As we are restructuring the components, welds are not getting restructured. Even when we are migrating the components they are getting restructured but weld are not getting failed.

Can I restructure spot, fillet welds, points, axes, planes, etc.?

Please let me know.
