Ribon cable twisted / how to control it

Hello!

 

I have the problem, to control the twist of ribon. I rotate the coordinate systems without result. How to do it?

How is the geometry for the cable created? If it is a sweep then you can use a variable section sweep and "clock" the section using a relation defined as a function of the internal parameter "trajpar". This will enable the twist of the cable as it is swept along the trajectory. You will need to define a clocking reference in the sweep sketch and then add an angle dimension and then write a relation for that angle as a function of trajpar.

Edit the routing of the cable and include folds and/or bends along the route.
